Stay in the outskirt of dense Terai jungle with your luxurious private cottage opening to it. Listen to the predator roaring, prey’s warning, mating calls and moves. Set out in a 4X4 jeep, deeper into the jungle and wait for the most elusive Royal Bengal Tiger to come out. Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu, pick up and transfer to Hotel.
Our represent will pick you up from the airport as per the flight details you have provided. Drive to the hotel and later go on familiarization walk to get acquainted with the neighborhood and bit of culture.
Day 02: Fly to Chitwan | Jungle safari activities
After breakfast, drive to the airport and fly to Chitwan. Our local guide will pick you up from the airport and together drive 1 hr to the safari lodge located in the outskirt of jungle. Check in safari lodge and relax in the ambiance of jungle. After scrumptious organic lunch, go on a village tour and bird watching trip.
Day 03: Canoe ride and jungle walk
Canoe is one of the best way to go into the jungle and watch wildlife including two different types of crocodiles. You can catch the glimpse of mammals crossing river or drinking water. Also there are over hundred species of birds that rely on river and swampy bank. Drive or walk back to the lodge for breakfast. Later you can observe and learn about Asian Elephants and go bathing with them. After lunch, go on an escorted jungle walk or elephant safari. There are Machans (watch towers), lakes and grasslands for viewing animals.
Day 04: Full day jeep safari
After early breakfast, we will drive into the jungle with pack lunch. With jeep we can go deeper into the jungle. Our local naturalist guide have latest information on Tiger and other animals’ movement. We will drive to such points and wait for the animals to come out.
Day 05: Drive 8 hrs to Bardia national park | Village tour in the evening
After spending another beautiful morning in Chitwan, we will drive to Bardia National park some 380 km west on East-west highway. The drive is scenic through the agricultural land and jungle. Keep an eye open to see animals like wild boar, monkeys, deer and crocodiles while driving. In the evening go on a village tour. Tharu cultural show and dinner.
Day 06: Tiger Tracking and Elephant safari. Tharu cultural show in the evening.
We will set out early in the morning and follow the tracks and calls of Tiger. Walk with guides into the jungle and track the movement of Tiger. Wait at the Machan or river crossing points for animals to come out. You can do the whole day jungle walk or come back in the afternoon and do the elephant ride instead.
Day 07: Full day Jeep safari

Day 08: Drive to Nepaljung .port to fly back to Kathmandu.
You can take it easy in the morning and later drive 90 km to the Nepaljung airport to fly back to Kathmandu. Pick up and drive to the Hotel.
Day 9: Drive to the airport for final departure
Start the tour from Delhi, India and visit Jim Corbett national park and Shuklaphanta national park on the way to Bardia and Chitwan. This will take additional 4 – 5 days depending upon your flight arrival time and the safari activities.
Jim Corbett National park is the first national park of India established in 1936 to protect endangered Tigers. Jim Corbett was the famous hunter and naturalists who held the rank of colonial in British Indian Army. The national park comprises 520.8 km2 (201.1 sq mi) areas of marshy depressions, riverine belts, grasslands, hills, and Lake. Jim Corbett national park has 215 Tigers, which is the highest among the 44 national parks in India. It is about 250 km from Delhi and takes about 5 and half hour.
Similarly some 180 km east of Jim Corbett national park, lies the 305 sq km protected area of Shuklaphanta national park. This less disturbed national park is famous for some of the rare bird species like the Lesser Adjutant, Bengal Florican, White-rumped Vulture, Sarus Crane, and Finn’s Weaver. There are also increasing population of Tigers and Rhinos.
